The Office
A Practice Built Over Time
Dr. Marius Kohler's Office was founded on a simple conviction: a good deed is one that is understood by all parties before it is signed.

Method
How a Matter Proceeds
Every matter follows a clear process, from the initial discussion to delivery of the deed, so that the client always knows the status of the proceedings.
Initial consultation
A meeting at the Office or by telephone to understand your situation and determine the documents required to open the matter.
Analysis and verification
Verification of titles, identities and relevant legal circumstances before any drafting.
Drafting the deed
Preparation of a draft deed, provided and explained to the parties before final signature.
Signing and authentication
Signature in the presence of the notary, giving the deed its authentic status and a legally certain date.
Safekeeping and follow-up
The deed is kept by the Office and a copy is provided to each party, with follow-up where additional formalities are required.
Discuss your matter with the Office
An initial appointment helps define your needs and the possible timetable.
